白天过去了，黑夜来了；黑夜过去，白天来了；日子就在昼夜轮替中，不断变化。 快乐和痛苦也一样；快乐来了，痛苦走了；痛苦来到，快乐走了；在快乐和痛苦交错中，我们过了一天又一天。
没有人会想把白天留住， 叫黑夜不要来临，可是却有人妄想让快乐不要离开，痛苦永不再来。
人生路途上，苦与乐总是交替前来敲打我们的心窗。逃也逃不了。快乐来临时，高高兴兴去享受那段欢乐时光，不必想要留住它。因为快乐好比一阵微风，从窗口吹进来，便会从另一个窗口飘逝。痛苦好比飘来的一片乌云，遮蔽了晴空， 但是不会久留，不久又将被风带往他处。
所以保持一种泰然自若的态度， 不要沉溺在快乐中，也不要深陷在痛苦里，让它们像风，像海浪般自由来去； 作个观赏者，一如欣赏日升月落。。。
泰然面对， 天宽地阔。让心头朗朗晴空，恢复一片宁静空阔。
